I really enjoyed the scenes in the desert; not necessarily the dryness. I hadn't realized that bloody noses and cracked lips would be an issue. I also learned how to super glue my cracked finger skin back together. I just loved the nights in the desert even though they were cool - the stars out at night were more than any I have ever witnessed anywhere else.
I completed a journey of a lifetime, made new friends, and realized I can do just about anything if I try!
